Join us for this 90-minute gathering where we will teach The Work of Byron Katie. This is a simple, yet powerful step-by-step process of self-inquiry that uses your stressful thoughts to access your inner wisdom. We will walk you through the steps, and you will also have a chance to see this process in action. This is a practice you can take with you to use on your own.
Suffering is optional. This process is designed to help you start freeing your mind so you can access your joy. Come test it for yourself.
